The earlier blog posts here were all re-posted the other day. But do check out the original posting dates I've added. Starting with this post the dates will be the correct date of posting.
I've had to re-input (and in most cases type from scratch) all of the old info including these posts. I am missing a few comments received by readers and some of those are classic! I will have to find those on the old site and transfer them as I have time.
